The Islamabad High Court has suspended the sentences of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Organizer Imran Khan and senior pioneer Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the high-profile figure case.
Chief Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb presided over a division bench of the IHC, which issued a reserved decision.
The court has vindicated both Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood of the charges and cleared them in the code case. Their sentences were pronounced invalid and void.

Prior, the court had saved its judgment on the allures of the two PTI pioneers against their convictions in the high-profile figure case. The meeting, which started prior on Monday, was managed by the CJ.
